We are looking for an exceptional Inbound and Outbound (Sales) Manager (also known as Client Relationship Manager) who will lead our Inbound Customer
Service Reps and our Sales Reps to take the company and themselves to the next level! The incumbent is primarily responsible for developing, leading and executing the
inbound and outbound customer service and sales strategies to ensure Pink Elephant continues to deliver outstanding products and services to our customers throughout
Canada and USA.
YOU WILL...
-
Lead and develop the inbound customer service reps providing guidance, coaching, and direction in the pursuit of achieving excellent customer service

Lead and develop the CRM (Sales) team by providing guidance, coaching, and direction in the pursuit of achieving business and revenue targets

Implement performance improvement plans for corrective action, when necessary

Ensure that all customer transactions (records, orders, call notes, activations, deactivations, etc.) are documented appropriately in Dynamics; ensure all reps consistently follow all standard processes and procedures

Act as an escalation point for the CRM Team

Maintain accurate sales pipeline information on Company’s information systems to enable production of accurate and timely monthly and quarterly sales forecasts for senior management

Develop, organize and coordinate outbound call programs in support of education and conference targets

Prepare and submit weekly sales management reports, outlining accomplishments and results, explaining variances to targets, and details of planned future activities

Respond to incoming requests with a focus on closing new Public, In-House Education and Conference registrations, and passing along Consulting leads to the appropriate sales team

Proactively, review and assess all CRM processes with a view to making recommendations for improvement

Create a positive, open work environment to maintain employee morale
YOU HAVE...
-
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
-
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience and at least 3 years’ experience managing a sales team in both inbound and outbound environments

Sales experience in IT related organizations considered an asset
-
Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales operations requirements, sales processes, pipeline management, CRM and forecasting principles

Experience in strategic selling environments

Strong time management skills
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate positive relationships

Very effective written, verbal communications and presentation skills in managing all aspects of the sales ops role with a polished presence.

Good computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM (Dynamics)

Good business acumen with sound knowledge of general business principles and marketing

Very strong knowledge of customer service best practices
-
General knowledge of IT management best practices – an asset

Ability to occasionally travel (e.g. Trade Shows, Conferences)
