Inside Sales Representative

WE are looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team, who also has an appetite to reach goals and progress to more senior roles such as Account Management and Business Development.   • Experienced in analyzing and capitalizing on market and customer trends

  • Proactively promote our education and special events through outbound calls
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by converting qualified leads to sales
  • Generate new leads by contacting organizations within a defined territory
  • Work collaboratively with our consulting team to create custom solutions for customer needs
  • Participate in targeted campaigns/promotions to increase sales
  • Accurately record sales activities and follow-up actions in our CRM database


  • 2+ years of prior work experience in a B2B phone sales role, preferably in a solution sales environment (education/consulting services)
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent education/experience
  • Perseverance and an ability to overcome objections to achieve sales targets
  • Exceptional verbal skills, phone manner with strong listening skills, and ability to influence others
  • Superior written communication skills, including engaging email communication, preparing quotes/proposals, etc.
  • Accurate data entry skills coupled with previous CRM database experience (MS Dynamics)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • The ability to learn about our products and services to promote them to our customers

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a professional and business environment
