Job Applications

Your application for one of our vacancies and the data, including your resumé that you provide to us for that purpose, is treated very carefully and with strict confidentiality. After the application procedure is completed, we may have had to decline your application for the vacancy in question. In such instances, we would like to keep your data in our database for a period of one year for possible consideration in the event of new vacancies and/or assignments with our organization. After the end of the one-year period, we will shred and/or delete your resumé. We do not share your resumé or contact details with anyone outside of Pink Elephant.


Access to My Pink Portal

Through our My Pink portal you obtain access to a management environment where you can set, specify, request, and change information about yourself. We retain your name, job title, organization name, organization address, IP address, telephone number, and e-mail address. We require this information to fulfill the implementation of the agreement we have concluded with your organization. We do not share your contact details with anyone outside of Pink Elephant.


Statistics and Profiling

It is important for us to keep statistics about the use of our organization's website because they help us improve our website. We may combine your personal data to learn how to better serve your individual needs. Of course, we will respect your privacy at all times.


Contact Form and Newsletter

The contact form can be used to ask us questions or make requests.

For this purpose, we retain your name and address, job title, organization name, organization address, telephone number, and e-mail address. We require this information so we can communicate with you to ensure you are satisfied with our response.

You can also subscribe to our newsletter and have access to news, tips, and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Your My Pink Account

You must first register for a My Pink account to make an online purchase and enter information to identify yourself, as well as an email address. We create an account so you can log in with that email address and a password of your choice.

For this purpose, we retain your name and address, job title, organization name, organization address, telephone number, and e-mail address. We require this information to execute the agreement we have entered into with your organization and, upon request, can provide you with the retained information.

We keep this information so you do not have to re-enter it every time you access your account and, when necessary, so we can contact you more easily. You can modify your account information whenever you want. To close your account, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete your My Pink account.

If you purchase an exam, your data will be provided to PeopleCert, Professional Designations, Proctor U, and Accredible.

We may provide your contact details to sponsors and exhibitors at conferences, webinars, and special events produced by Pink Elephant. This is done either through the event registration process or explicitly by you when you allow a sponsor or exhibitor to scan your badge at an event. This may result in the sponsor or exhibitor contacting you after the event to inform you of the services they offer. You will always be provided the option to unsubscribe from those mailings, should you choose to do so.

With the exception of the aforementioned partners, we do not, under any circumstances, provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if we are legally obliged (for example, if the police require this if there is a suspicion of a crime).

Social media buttons are included in our website and the administrators of these services also collect your personal data.
